Madonna University Graduate School offers several scholarships, awards, and assistantships for students pursuing their graduate degree.
The Graduate Dean's Scholarship is available to a graduate student who is admitted to a degree program, has a graduate GPA at Madonna University of 3.4 or better or if a new student, an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better; demonstrates financial need; is enrolled at least half-time (four semester hours); and has two recommendations from instructors or other professionals, not related to the student, and is approved by the Graduate Dean.

The Competitive Graduate Scholarship (CGS) is a merit-based award available to new students enrolled in at least six (6) graduate level semester hours per semester. Scholarships are awarded based on performance in a graduate essay writing competition. The essay competition is held each spring. The award is granted for the following academic year (fall and winter semesters).

Established by Madonna University in 2017, the Graduate Student Scholarship Award (GSSA) is granted to newly admitted full time students (enrolled in 30 or more semester hours in the fall and winter semesters) in the Master of Social Work (MSW) or MS Accountancy (MACC) program or future Madonna University graduate program in which the student is able to enroll in a total of 30 or more semester hours in the fall and winter semesters. .

The Madonna University Graduate Housing Award is available to new graduate students living on campus studying full-time.
Graduate assistantships (GA) are awarded as financial support for eligible graduate students.
