Francis Hall (Formerly - University Center)

• Francis contains small single, large single, double, and quad rooms.
• Bedrooms are fully furnished, including a bed frame, twin XL mattress, desk, desk chair, sink, closet, and dresser.
• Each wing contains community bathrooms. These bathrooms are shared between residents of the same gender on each floor. Our housekeeping staff clean these bathrooms. 
• Each floor includes a common area, which has a couch, love seat, coffee table, entertainment stand, flat screen TV and cable.
• Each floor contains a kitchenette, which includes a microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, dining table and chairs.
• A full kitchen is located on the ground floor, which includes a full-size stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, vending machines, tables, and chairs.
• All students residing on campus must purchase a meal plan.
• A wireless network is included in each bedroom and common space. Ethernet ports in rooms are available for gaming devices once registered.
• Cable connections are included in each bedroom and common area, which includes over 50 channels.
• The laundry room is located on the ground floor of the building. Laundry machines are free for on campus residents.
• Keyless entry card readers allow students in and out of the main building doors, and keys gain access to their bedroom door.
• Resident Assistant staff is available 24/7.
• There is a 24-hour front desk on the first floor. This is also our central mail center.
• A study lounge on the ground floor contains couches, tables, chalkboards, and computers for a quite study space.
• The Lakeside Lounge is located on the ground floor and has large flat screens, ping pong tables, pool tables, a piano, and space for student gatherings.
